Can you Rock the Vote? The Pew Charitable Trusts and George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management are holding a competition and encouraging non-partisan groups to submit innovative proposals for mobilizing young voters for the '06 elections. There will be at least 10 prizes of up to $250,000 awarded, as well as significant strategic, media, and polling support provided to the winners as they put their plans into action over the course of the next year.
