How to increase the vote on campus. Just one example here among dozens if not hundreds across the country, but a good one: Students at UC Davis, in California, increased the voter turnout tenfold over a period of two and a half years. The key was bringing a polling place onto campus.

Rock the Vote has been pushing for campus polling places as part of our campus voting campaign.

Knowing you guys, you probably throw out any voter registrations you get from students that check off "Republican," or for that matter anything besides "Democratic" or "Green" under party affiliation.

That's because the college republicans spent all their time raising money only to enrich a bunch of direct mail consultants.

Check out http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A26026-2004Dec25.html

Once they throw the crooks and scammers out of office at the College Republicans they will head off to Wall Street to run the newly privatized social security program.
